Dude, that was awful. Stephen A. Doesn't know **** about boxing, and Teddy is really starting to sound punchy, or maybe he was drinking at home, I don't know. But its time for a new color guy.

Main event has asterisks for the victor and the reek of shame for the challenger that bottled it...but on a positive note we can say Pitufo shone on this card. (more than near-peers Stevenson or Conlan, IMO...and certainly more than once celebrated heavyweight Bryant Jennings, who probably was the 3rd most well known name on tonight's bill but has fallen low enough to be in non-televised 6 rounders nobody cares about)

Not at all. Rig lost based on not having any answers for the hand speed, footwork and athleticism of Loma. The style was something Rig struggled with. Not the weight advantage or height advantage. It wasn't a grueling fight where Loma was laying all over Rig, pushing him to the ropes and mauling him. He was out boxing Rig from the outside and giving him different looks that negated Rigs timing and accuracy.

How was that a factor at all? Rigo looked sharp but he was always one step behind of a more skilled boxer.

Yes. Weight classes and age don't mean anything. You are correct.

Rigo was plenty prepared for his angles. Rigo was grabbing, switching and ducking low from lomachenko angles. When Rigo ducked low, Loma fired from height.
IMO as rounds went on Loma saw that Rigo had no power (due to size) which effected Rigo's reluctantance to fire off his left hand. Thats when Loma just entered into Rigos range(quite easily as a bigger skilled boxer) and just fired off combinations against a reluctant, conservative Rigo. I mean Loma just threw 3 straight uppercuts, theres on way in hell that lands or goes unpunished if Loma or any opponenent was smaller.
This fight was similar to May vs Marquez in that the bigger skilled fighter won and make no mistake size matters.

Hahaha. Yes it was not a factor. I think Loma should go to 140. Weight doesn't matter!

lol I did. I could see the realization of what he was up against dawned on him very quickly. Almost 500 fights amateur and pro and he's never seen anything like that before. And that's a fact btw lol

Absolutely. I didn’t actually think that goon Rigo could look even more miserable than he already does! Loma made him look like somebody just **** in his cereal after impregnating his girlfriend.

Canelo was knocking out all his sparring partners too in training for Floyd. They claimed they ran out of sparring partners because they were all scared.
