He'd beat the one that fought Horn pretty easily if they were in the same weight class but I doubt Manny quits. I know you're trolling though drenlou.
At their best? At 130? While I think Lomachenko is overall the more talented, the things Pacquaio did well could pose a lot of problems for Lomachenko. It would be interesting.
Alrite lets make a thread out of this. It would be interesting because Pac is still an All Action fighter who can still compete and bend at the waist way easier than Rigo and still has speed and power that a Loma win would be anything but sure cut.. Loma still to this day hasn't faced a fighter with the speed and explosivness Pac brings so we really don't know how hed adjust to that type of style as of yet, but this isn't the Pacquaio of yesteryear were talking about, and we know Pac can be outboxed. Ill never count Pac out, but lomachenko is something else..truly a special fighter. It would be hard to make current Pac the favorite.
The most interesting thing to see would be whether Pac can find a consistent home for his left. With his speed and timing, I can see a scenario where he's finding the mark rather regularly. But I can also see him maybe having trouble landing it with great regularity. 50-50 for me at this point.
Left and right... I think to beat Lomachenko you have to use combinations, and consistent pressure. Now that's easier said then done and he's improved immensely since the Salido fight, but like you say, the speed and timing of Pac would be a totally different nut to crack for Lomachenko. Do you think Loma would move up two divisions to fight Pac?
