ok so we seen Degale get battered again on a guy that Degale with the bookmakers was a 100/1 on to win,you know I’ll bet someone had a bash at that as the signs were all there.
Anyway what did I say about the excuses?we were just wondering what they were gonna be and on the BBC site he’s well on form bless him, apparently he came back too soon after the shoulder surgery as it was such a big op and he said he’s gonna have to take a look at it suggesting it’s not ok lol, this after he told us all as he always does that he’s in the best shape of his career, there were a few more excuses but it would take all day to write them.

After his comments and how he’s so quick to jump on folk when they’re down not surprisingly a few have been quick to return the compliments such as George Groves who after his loss to Badou Jack Degale tweeted something about his Wembley dreams going up in smoke so Groves in immaculate timing found the same tweet and changed the names lol.
Carl Froch has weighed in as Froch would probably murder him now never mind then and Eubank Jnr has also give it to him maybe cause a few days ago Degale said is dad was a s*** fighter.
Frank Warren look devoed and was quick to say he never made this fight, bet he’s thinking he’s bought a washed up Gold Medalist.
Lastly with Degale is why oh why when you’re a gold Medalist, have a modicum of power but can Box and move if he implied it,why is it the guy let’s mediocre opponents hit him and get involved in a war as isn’t that always the plan with the cherry picks to be rougher and tuffer than the boxer?so what does Degale do he gets in a war with em as if his fans are even bothered, remeber him grinning his toothless grin after his beat down by Jack?cant believe his trainer would ask him to fight this way but regardless the trainer will be the first to go and he seriously needs to go back to basics, just not sure if he has it in him to rebuild as Groves did.

He's like most boxers when they're beat. There has to be an excuse in their head if they have any intention of fighting again, confidence and self belief are such a requirement in boxing they need to hold onto it, even if it means lying to themselves about where they're at and what condition their body is in. He probably did come back a bit early but that's not why he lost. Always thought he was an average talent but he does have heart in fairness to him, he showed that against Jack, although I felt he lost that one too.

I never understood why anyone ever fancied James in that matchup. He plays around and poses too much in fights, takes too much time off. Froch is skilled enough to give DeGale issues even in his best session, so he certainly can't play around with Froch for periods of a fight and expect to win. DeGale has shown a good fighting heart when under duress, but Froch's compound of fortitudinal intangibles is in another league, has been proven in a variety of testing situations across a string of high level fights. Different animals, only one winner.
