It's been a couple of years since he had his "Im guna dye my hair blonde" phase and now he's wearing very hip hop style baseball caps. I'm thinking early twenties.

    LOL

But seriously, Ortiz is 38, certainly not so old that his performance will be hindered

You can bet he will up his game if he ever gets Wilder in the ring and we will see King Kong at his best as he takes the WBC belt by early to mid round KO

Go, Ortiz ! Give em hell !!

Wilder would rather get arrested for GTA than get in the ring with Ortiz.

Would still prefer this over Wilder vs Whyte/Breazeale any day of the week.

If Ortiz is a bum he'll fit right in with the rest of the bums on Wilder's outstanding resume.

If Wilder beats Ortiz I will be impressed. But I have an unfortunate feeling that Ortiz ruins all the fun at heavyweight (AJ vs Wilder, Fury vs AJ, Fury vs Wilder) by beating AJ and Wilder.

I hope Im wrong and that Wilder wins.... really want to see a huge AJ Wilder showdown.

What you should be saying is Ortiz is a monster and you hope your boi has a good fight... Then if your boi wins you can crow about how good he is...

Now you agree with the rest of us and your boi needs to step up. Should stop fighting bums and get his ass over to Russia to take his lumps...

Personally I think your boi is banking on Ortiz being old but it should be an interesting fight...

Ortiz is a good counter puncher and can bang plus he has a longer reach than Wilder..

Nice to see Wilder fighting in a 50/50 fight as opposed to 99/1 he seems to love now...

Ortiz's left down the pipe is Wilder's worst nightmare, he's in dire, dire sxxx creek if they ever meet. Ortiz from a few years would be a challenge for AJ, this not so mobile one, I'm not too sure. AJ's got plenty of movement to stay at range vs the dangerous Ortiz, and keep it at range. Wilder tires to keep it at range, he's not doing that because he doesn't know how to navigate a boxing ring properly, Ortiz does.

I want to see Wilder win, it's not his fault things fell through.

It'll be a true test though.

Wilder will not fight Ortiz, he will fight Breazeale who was knocked out by Joshua, he is a Haymon fighter.............will do what he is told..............take a dive?
