Thoughts? Mickey is in his prime, he's bigger, and he's p4p level. Can Loma make him quit on his stool like others?
Not only can, I think he will. Garcia is well schooled text book. Loma will bewilder him like the rest.
I don't think Loma makes him quit. However, I see a GRJ like schooling. Loma is an A++ fighter. Mikey is an A-.
It's hard to envision Mikey quitting. I just can't picture that, but what I think we fail to realize is that Loma is having these guys quit not even that deep into the fight, and Loma gets stronger as the fight goes on. He is a true tactician. He starts out conservatively, analyzes and measures his opponent's skill set. It is an amazing thing to watch. Once he has cracked the code, click, he opens the lock.
Mikey definitely doesn’t have heart. He backs off when it gets hard. Look at the last few rounds of the Salido fight, Mikey wanted a way out.
If any fighter was going to quit it would be Mikey Garcia. He’s a part time fighter and he doesn’t like being hit.
I would be surprised if Mikey quit, but I am sure he will get frustrated..................Lomachenko will out box Mikey for sure..................should win by UD or TKO.....................
Unlike Loma, Mikey said no mas when he was in with Salido, he'll say it again. Mikey has always struck me as a risk adverse guy who'll crumble the moments things start slipping away from him as well. Also, like Rigo, Mikey isn't in this sport due to passion, he's a business man, there for the cash. Not a great recipe to make a Mexican Warrior with a ton of heart.
