Not the greatest but sometimes you are surprised by apparent poor match ups. Cheeky May is fighting an undefeated Brazilian fighter with a undefeated record and high KO %. I tend to buy more PPV's in the Rugby league off season even if they are less than stellar. Look at Rigo vs Loma yesterday and Salido vs Roman the Salido-Roman fight was much better. That's what I'm hoping anyway plus I'm a Horn nuthugger.

In fairness to Greale he took a fight not many others wanted at the time and had to know he had a very hard night ahead of him, even if he managed to get a decision...

 

True and when he got up from the knockdown he staggered into the ropes so was disorientated. But he didn't go out like a warrior IMO. And I'm a big Geale fan but Murray went out like a warrior against GGG. Shannon King fought on with a perforated eardrum to win a fight once on a Friday night fight card that's warrior like. Even in the old days Archie Moore was almost dead in his fight with Marciano when he could have retired or stayed down earlier in the fight that's what I consider warrior like.

 

I think while size wasn't the deciding factor it definitely didn't help that Loma had a big size advantage its hard enough beating him.Rigo was going to have to beat at his best just to be competitive but it looked like nothing but a money grab from Rigo and maybe even a cash out fight. It was pathetic and sad to see from a fighter of his calibre go out like that

 

Yeah I suppose Loma being the bigger man definitely gave him the advantage as well as the age factor. But I didn't expect such a one sided fight at all. I mean that was the fight of the weekend I was looking forward too but it was a real letdown. watching replays of Salido-Roman and DeGale-Truax made up for it.
