So his UKAD hearing was due to start today and be concluded by the end of the week, reportedly Fury hasn't shown up.

If it is true that he really hasn't bothered to turn up & the hearing is delayed again there can surely be no more of the deluded excuse making for why Tyson is in this mess.

Yeah. I don't think Tyson Fury is serious about boxing again.

Did anyone from UKAD turn up ?
One report seems to say UKAD didn't show either.

This whole saga is ridiculous and beyond boring now.

UKAD didn't show either I hear. Could it have been the weather? I've been dying for this hearing for so long, big disappointment. What's going on?

This is what Tyson Fury was doing when he should have been at the hearing.

I also read that UKAD never turned up so no reason why he should have been at a hearing that couldn't take place. Maybe UKAD were working on a deal were he could box again without them admitting they Ballased it up charging him with using steroids in 1st place.

At least he wasn't in the pub or in some gaff on a session. If he was fresh and with the trainer, then there was good reason he wasn't at the hearing. Please God it means they're working on a deal before dirty laundry gets aired.

Maybe, hard to say what has happened here as nobody has said anything about it. But the hearing was at UKAD's London offices, it's hard not to show up for a hearing within your own building, if UKAD no showed, NADP would of just asked them to appear as they were in the building already, unless UKAD were hiding in their own building, maybe on the roof lol.

Maybe UKAD were awaiting his arrival, once he had signed into the building they would of sent their representatives, but as he never showed they never sent their representatives. But who knows, maybe Fury had trouble getting into London due to the snow and UKAD didn't send anyone because he had called ahead and said he couldn't make it.

So this special hearing that was definitely going to be the end of the saga has been called off. Well according to Fury anyway it was a formality, that they would clear him to box again under British boxing BoC

I think that if Tyson Fury really wants to fight again he needs to do what he should have done 2 years ago, instead of eating himself into morbid obesity, and that’s give notice to British Boxing authorities and get an alternative licence.

UKAD could string this out for 10 years if they wanted to. What’s become abundantly clear is that UKAD Has bad intentions towards Fury and Fury needs to get his arse in gear and seek alternatives.

Most fighters found guilty of PEDs would have had their hearing and served their entire ban twice over, in the time it’s taken UKAD to “investigate” this.

One of the weirdest things about this whole saga is how Tyson Fury's actual "crime" seems to be refusing a drugs test and/or testing positive for cocaine. And claiming depression.

That was when the Boxing Board withdrew his boxing licence.
The whole nandrolone 2015 thing clearly isn't the issue, because if it was, why is Hughie Fury licenced to box ?

I've never been sure what the Boxing Board's position on Tyson's licence is. It makes no sense. Tyson Fury admitted cocaine use. Tyson Fury admitting refusing a test (athletes are in fact allowed to miss or refuse a certain number of off-season testings, aren't they ?). Tyson Fury said he was mentally ill.

Surely it would therefore down to the Boxing Board to decide whether Tyson Fury is fit to box, not the UKAD. I'm not sure why the Boxing Board have deffered this to UKAD, since most of the talk around this case seems to be centred around the nandrolone thing, which hasn't affected Hughie's licence.

The Boxing Board need to say what they think.
Should Tyson Fury, cocaine-sniffing, test-refusing, "I'm mentally ill", be given a second chance ?
Should he be allowed to box ?
The BBBoC should be well capable of deciding those questions (and if they've lost their legal powers to do so that's a sad day for British boxing) .... and decide those questions without deffering to the technicalities and preocedures of a UKAD case and the NAPD hearing for eternity.

It clearly wasn't going to be a formality. In September Fury delayed an earlier hearing because he challenged some evidence and wanted it removed as a piece of evidence. Fury wouldn't of requested this if it was just a formality.

Hennessey Sports tweeted that Tyson was never expected to be at the hearing yesterday and its in effect a non story.
