    Go Jeff Horn!!
If anyone is going to pop Horn's cherry it should be Crawford. I do give Jeff credit because he is constantly calling out Keith Thurman and Errol Spence. Maybe he thinks he can beat them or maybe he knows Arum would not let that happen without a big payday for Top Rank.

I might try and wake up a tad earlier for Murdock vs. Ustarkhanov, only because I suspect the Russian might end up being a cherry pick turned cherry-bomb in the face of Murdock's team. I've seen him before, and he's a midget for super middle/light heavy (I think even the 5'8" listed on BoxRec is a little generous) but he's no joke. He also has never had a loss or draw that wasn't a split or majority decision - and that includes versus the likes of Sukhotsky and Ekimov.

"No Mercy" has a puncher's record that looks nice enough at first glance, but a) has fed on the expected Aussie diet of well-used regional triers, padded-record Argentine cab-drivers, and one completely shot former champ a decade removed from his best (Siaca), and b) has a loss to a failed crossover from kickboxing that ended up going 5-5 in our sport. I think Apti, little morsel that he is, could well be more bitten off than Murdock is ready to chew...

This is his best result on paper (from the Skeete vs. Evans card this past July, although most consider this a robbery):

His best actual win minus any mitigating asterisks is over the just-okay (and extremely soft-punching) Rick Godding, and even there he didn't have it all his way.

His best opponent faced to date is Liam Williams, and they did swap momentum and hurt each other a few times, with Corcoran soldiering through a bad early cut, but ultimately that step up in class saw him overwhelmed and smacked down.

Credit to the Argentinian for not taking the easy way out when he felt the power of Zappa but what a RIDICULOUS (MIS)MATCH!!

Corcoran is the sort of bloke who throws his punches very hard, but doesn't punch all that hard - if that makes any sense. He'll be right there for the Hornet, center of the ring, meat just waiting to be ground up.

He knocked down some wino from the alley but cut him bad with an accidental elbow so it was a TD. Alex was blowing up and swearing. Paul Fleming just beat up an overmatched opponent this is part of the free telecast on 507 though it's finished now. You still have time to order the Main Event 1/2 hour to go mate.
