    Saunders is easily confusing Lemieux with side to side foxtrots and then performing breakaways on a diagonal whenever Lemieux surges in with a desperation power shot. Saunders is digging downstairs with the straight left lead from mid-range. Lemieux keeps swinging and missing with slow, heavy, telegraphed punches. A couple finally make grazing contact near the end of the round with Saunders showboating a little, but Saunders just laughs it off.

    Lemieux needs to throw more...he cant just head hunt all night as he isnt making BJS tire and gas. Lemieux finally having a little success. But another BJS round as he outlanded and was dominant

    So damn predictable. Think Ill go to bed. I didnt have any hope before this... reading the round by round has pretty much closed the casket on this fight for me. Goodnight.

    Lem doesnt really drop all that much from this fight though imo... this was always a bad matchup and he will still be a fun fight for anyone who has a less quick, elusive style. I close the book on this fight while waiting for a more suitable matchup for him. He still has some fun nights to give us imo.

    Lemieux has MW weight, but he isn't a true MW. Saunders is a full fledged MW. I say this to say that this isn't a size difference fight, this is a skill difference fight.
