I don't see any difference between Jacobs and Saunders resume wise. One has Lee, Lemieux and Eubank Jr, the other has Quillin, GG, and Arias. I don't know who to pick in that fight. That's a 50/50 fight. If neither fights GG next, and they fight...that's a pickem fight.

I am surprised some people are just now opening eyes to BJS. His performance against Lee was A level also.

Golovkin would walk through Saunders' punches, cut off the ring and hurt him badly...........Golovkin knocked Lemieux out in the 8th round in a total mismatch, Saunders could not really hurt Lemieux, he out boxed him by moving like hell.................Lemieux can't cut off the ring, but Golovkin can.............I would have to pick Golovkin to beat Saunders, Saunders refused to fight Golovkin for a long time, perhaps now he can get Saunders into a ring.........Oscar wants Saunders also, Oscar knows that Saunders could not hurt El Pollo so he would have his personal judges to cheat him if necessary..........

Shut up man, GGG outlanded Lemieux by 200 punches in 8 rounds, Saunders by 100 in 12. This is the first good win of Billys career and you're saying hes better than GGG or Canelo who beat world class fighters already

Cannot believe all the hype after one good performance by Billy Jane Saunders. Credit where it is due BJS put up a good performance but to equate that with saying he is better than Canelo, GGG and Jacobs is to far. All 3 of them will stop him and deep down BJS is no fool and he knows it too.

No chance, Canelos legs will be far too slow for Saunders, Jacobs will fall apart from being abused, the only one if hes on point is GGG with his cutting off skills !

    agreed

what's more BJS isn't getting near GGG until July 2018 earliest (assuming Canelo II)

in the meantime, i would love to see BJS versus any of: Murata, Derevyanchenko, Jacobs, or Charlo (Jermall)

a win against any of those guys would, earns him the GGG fight

damn, this thread pre-empts the one i was just working on, which was going to be titled:

GGG should just give BJS his three belts and avoid humiliation--he has ZERO chance

    wierd thread.

but it does show that we have more genuine competition at MW now, with three guys up for the number 1 spot that currently canelo and 3G share.

He can beat GGG, I am convinced of it. Billy Joe is a fighter who always finds a way to win.
