For sure. Bud is operating at good level. But Pac was operating at stratosphere level at the time.

Any drug testing for this one? If not Pac by KO. Gamboa had Crawford hurt. Pacroid would KO him.

Though I admired Mayweather's overall skillset more, Manny did more to actively carry the sport in the post-DLH era, assuming the Ali-like combination role of rock star and champion of "poor people and little people", and is the better human of the two men. His fight nights were events (still are, for me) and will be truly missed when they're gone.

    With that said,

    cut-off dates.

In the years since, USADA have been somewhat outed as a crock of shinola. But that's with hindsight. Back then, Pac's camp simply killed the fight on account of,

    cut-off dates.

Margarito is still the only man that Floyd ever demonstrably ducked (and more than once).

To be fair, Pac was trying to keep it fair knowing Saline Jr would try to have Pac's blood drawn so much to drain him. And he was right in a way that no matter what, he (Pac) wouldn't get a fair chance at it in the context that no matter what happened, Saline Jr was prepared to use an IV that night as it was hidden in the contract that if any negative outcomes came from testing that they USADA would not report it to anyone except the promoter. That's really convenient don't ya think just in that case that you'd need to suck down 750ml which is something like 14 times the allowable limit for saline drip. Haha, its not even a drip at this point, its a ****ing death squeeze ala Lance style.

So to be fair, he ducked the Pacman so bad and so damn hard, he was prepared for every damn contingency. Oh Pacman, your shoulder hurts? Too bad, no pain shot for you even though you applied for it properly. However poor Saline Jr, he was so dehydrated that we'll allow his 19 day after the fact manufactured TUE.

Hmm, let me guess you don't see anything wrong with a 19 day after the fact TUE being pulled out of Travis Tygart's ass do you?

    Ah, yes. Pacquiao's trypanophobia.

    Ahem.

Objectivity. As I said, I tend to think more fondly of Pac than Floyd these days. Nevertheless, cut-off dates.

Your counter amounted to Pacquiao's purported 'blood drain' superstition. That's not a valid argument.

Ok, so you think the miraculously 19 days late TUE pulled from thin air out of Travis Tygart's ass is kosher right?

And if you actually read what I wrote, I wrote that in the context that that was Pac's POV, not necessarily mine. But you're too ****ing stupid to figure that out right?

The quote I inserted into post #24 (which you would have seen if you weren't on such a hair trigger) should answer your question.

Nah, you demo, you point out that USADA is crap, yet you don't penalize or punish the Saline TBE for using USADA. It's like there's a leap of logic and culpability there for which you are playing really ****ing stupid to avoid admitting.

You cannot apply hindsight wisdom to the situation. It was 8 years ago. We did not know then what we know now.

Let's assume for argument's sake that Margarito was using mythical 'loaded wraps' (he wasn't, but let's just say). Does Floyd's 'I was smart to swerve Tony because he was using them bricks' defence hold any water? No. Because nobody suspected Tony of being a cheat at the time Floyd swerved him.

Pac's camp killed the fight on account of,

    cut-off dates.
