I really want Tyson to sign up with Ingle, if he's staying away from Peter. No offence to Ben Davidson, but surely he isn't the man to spearhead Tyson's comeback? No experience.

He's obviously in a good place mentally with ingle, he seems to respect him. Now he's backing up obvious ability with hard work and professionalism.
I was actually impressed with him against monroe and knew he had a few more gears in him which he showed against Lemieux.
He'd be up against it against ggg but I wouldn't put it past him to pull off a win. Think he would gave to fight a perfect fight though.
I'd still favour ggg via Late tko.

Both Tyson and Billy Joe are adamant that this Ben Davison guy is top class.

He worked Billy Joe's corner for the Akavov fight and I thought his advice was crap. Billy Joe was a mess in general, but you could tell between rounds he wasn't really listening to him.

I honestly think Peter Fury was the best for Tyson. I suppose people said the same when BJS left Jimmy Tibbs though, so doesn't mean Tyson can't be successful with someone new. The thing about Dom Ingle is that you have to do whatever he says, when he says it. Billy Joe is actually very obedient. Tyson is more of a maverick, I don't know if him and Ingle would work. What Tyson probably likes about Ben Davison is that he's the one in control

I thought this too. Don’t know much about Davison but I thought he was more of a fitness coach anyway.

I really like the idea of Tyson working with Ingle. BJS being about would also help keep him motivated seeing how hard Saunders works these days.

Perhaps though he needs to be working with Peter really. Peter understands him and his style.

I would be concerned if he takes any serious fights with Davison as his coach.

Tyson said to iFL that basically he wants to try something different. He didn’t dismiss the idea of Peter being involved along the line.

Perhaps Peter simply isn’t interested in helping with the fitness and rust removal. He just wants to be involved with the finer points down the line.

BJS really seems to have knuckled down with Dom- he gave a very impressive performance against Lemieux. It would be great if Fury could do the same. My only slight misgiving about Fury training with the Ingles is that they don't have a good track record with heavyweights.

But then maybe Fury could be the one to change all that? If they could do with him what they did with BJS he'd be a tough nut to crack (or land a glove on).

It's a fair point but Fury has that style they could utilise. Boxing and moving.

Yeah he's got the skills, I was thinking more of the dedication/ living the life side of things. One thing Fury really seems to lack is stability.

If they could get him to punch his weight as well he'd be a nightmare!

But those are several very big "ifs". C'mon Tyson, sort yourself out!

He got better, but too much risk of being caught probably.
