So that statement from Alvarez' promoter can silence the Canelo fans that denied they were actually looking for the winner of the bout for the WBO strap instead of going for the Golovkin rematch.
If Lemmy had won, or Saunders looked beatable, that would have been the fight.

Lara wasn't an easy fight for Canelo by any stretch, and BJS is bigger, more durable, and throws more.

Not surprised they wanted to gauge his form first and decided against it now.

Canelo ran from GGG the majority of the fight whilst having little to no meaningful offence.

Maybe he needs to watch his own fighters bouts before commenting on others?

    Saunders would toy with Canelo.

    Runner? Oh the irony.....

And for the record, this is a straight up near cherry pick, that turned into a duck job overnight.

Oscar and BHop went into Saturday fully intending on Canelo facing the winner of BJS-DL, and ducking the GGG rematch, that is until they got a load of Saunders 2.0, and poor Oscar soiled his panties.

That's a hell of a compliment to Billy Joe, no I think we'll duck you for GGG.

Ginger is stuck between a rock and a hard place. Either rematch GGG while he's still got some semblance of life in him, or it's slick gypsy time lol

Rubbish to the needing a couple more fights before Danny Jacobs stuff, he is at least a perfect match up with Danny Jacobs level now. I actually prefer Saunders personally.

Agreed. It's probably the first time Robert has seen BJS 2.0 fight, though.

Jacobs is 0-1 against the slick Russian style, did he learn
enough in that loss to be able to overcome the slick gypsy style?
