Prime vs prime Tyson would win every time, Tysons advantages would be strength, power, hand speed, footwork, better overhand bettr uppercut. Plus Tyson was a two fisted fighter where Joe was one dimensional, before drugs and alcohol made his body soft he was very durable at the start of his career. And he was a fast starter where Joe was more of a slow starter

Frazier has a better left hook but that's pretty much it.

Tyson had one punch k.o. power and that's Joe's worst type of opponet

So Tyson's doing to a prime Frazier, what a Prime Foreman couldn't do to a past prime Frazier? #onlyintysonland

I think Foreman and Tyson had different kinds of punching power. Tyson's was more explosive and concussive and had the type of power that left you dazed and semi-conscious or just plain unconscious. Foreman seemed to have the type of punching power that would leave you on the canvas very awoke and aware, but hurt like hell where you wished you were unconscious. It was more clubbing and blunt force. For example:

Johnson is on the canvas sleep with his lights totally turned out.

Roman is still conscious and aware, but looks as if he is in pure shock at the blunt force of Foreman's blows. He's just in the fetal position frozen in place.

Because of that difference, it is possible that Tyson could very well put Frazier down on the canvas to stay.

Joe's only hope is landing several big left hooks on Tysons chin like he did in all his fights, Tyson had superior firepower and a whole lot more tools. Either way there both too aggressve for this fight to make it to round 3

Joe's best hope is to rest his chin on Tyson's shoulder and keep it there. Phone booth warfare. He's a notably better infighter. If he could consistently smother Tyson he might be able to take it past the early stages and start to smoke. I wouldn't bet on it personally tho.

I agree with you. My only fear for the inside game of joe is the great upper that tyson had in his arsenal

Don't get me wrong i definitely favor Tyson in this one. Tyson's uppercut is for sure a massive danger. Unlike so many others tho Frazier would not be looking to tie Tyson up continually in close, he'd be looking to pound him so Tyson would have to work for his openings. Frazier would be busier in close than others he faced. I still think Tyson gets him early.

To be honest i would support joe in this fight..it would have been incredible watching these 2 titans face 2 face in a ring.
Do you remember the face of joe when his son was going to face holmes and tyson? The eye of joe looked like the ****ing eye of the fighter instead of marvis. His son was scared to death. Joe frazier had 2 balls

Stamina? Perhaps a slight edge to Frazier
Defense? LOL ... Tyson's peak a boo style was far superior to Frazier's primitive and crude bob and weave
Chin? Tyson took bombs from Ruddock, Douglas, and even later in his career when he was a ghost of his former self he took monster shots from Lewis. Tyson has one of the best chins ever ... Frazier got destroyed by Foreman in 2 rounds.
Heart? Prime Tyson had plenty of heart. But I'll give Frazier the edge here.
Height? Does it really matter when you consider how they fought?
Reach? Lol once again it doesn't matter. Frazier isn't going to box him from the outside.
Body attack? Prime Tyson has a more devastating body attack.
Inside fighting? I'll give Frazier the edge but Tyson was far superior at mid range.
