    That's because Evander was a real fighter who never avoided a challenge. He didn't know the meaning of the words 'duck' or 'quit'. Ask me who the best heavyweight of the '90s was and I don't have a definitive answer - it changes all the time. Ask me who the heavyweight of the '90s is that I most admire and it's a no brainer - Holyfield every time.

    He is right.

    Sometimes it is better to take the harder fights, even if you pick up the odd loss.

    Holyfield obviously likes Bowe, but he is frustrated by his reluctance to take the fight.

    Bowe is pure garbage physically on this video jesus... Holyfield is in very good shape today evander would kick his ass

    Ive seen that, I can't imagine any of them really wanted to fight lennox seeing as how he cleaned the whole division out. Yeah Im with evander though, but I can't blame bowe too much I wouldn't ever want to fight again though after how golotta litterally smashed his balls, but bowe kept on.

    And Futch feared the same going by a couple of articles i have read. Futch apparently told another trainer years later it was his decision to steer Bowe away from Lewis.

    Would love to see those articles. I've read Futch knew Lennox's weaknesses and that Bowe was the perfect man to exploit them.
