No he did not, he gave up 11 pounds to basically a fringe contender with 12 losses and two draws, and he was taller and much younger.

Over rated and Rigo don't go in the same sentence. Cordoba, Ramos, Donaire, and Agbeko were quality wins at the time. That coward Flores was a top 10 122 pounder as well. Sure he didn't do much fighting a few rounds over the last three years, but he's not over rated. What he does, at his size, and at that weight class is fairly impressive. Lomachenko would have to move to 140 or 147 to be at a similar size disadvantage.
