Eddie Hearn is a **** stirring ****. Probably going to get Smith vs Truax SKY PPV.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if Hearn was making calls 5 minutes after Truax won, apparently DeGale does have a rematch clause so that could be an issue.

But I can see how the rematch clause could be got around, Hearn could say to DeGale take a little bit of time off, have a rest, get yourself together.

Let Smith fight Truax and Truax will earn decent money and you get the winner, they can agree with Truax that DeGale's rematch clause still stands if he wins, if Smith wins it's a big PPV fight and lots of money for everybody.

It's the sort of thing Hearn would be all over and to be honest I don't believe Hearn believes Smith beats Groves or Eubank on a final.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if Smith could get Truax. It's a simple route to a world title

 

I doubt this is true unless it's some kind of injury he's picked up.

Imagine pulling out then fighting Truax next though, can't think of a worse way to call yourself a world champion doing that.

 

Hope this is just a rumour. If one of Joe Gallagher's fighters ruins the WBSS the hate for him will reach unprecedented levels!

He should be able beat jurgens ass easily.

 

I don’t see how he drops out unless he’s injured. He’s gona stop Braemer within 5/6. Even being a finalist would make you bigger than fighting Truax. A massive domestic clash beckons.
