    No. Just a couple of days ago, when asked about Salido, Lomachenko said (I'll translate it for you):

    "I’m tired of running after/chasing him. Enough is enough. I used to ask (my promoters) to organize this fight for my fans only, they had been asking me about him. They (my fans) are more worried about this loss (than I am). I don’t even think about it any more – now I’m in position that I’d wanted to be. Today Salido is more interested in this fight than I am."

    So, Salido can talk whatever he wants now, but he has overbluffed his chance and this fight will not happen.

    Only worth making if they can get Loma 3-4 fights in 2018. I don't want him to fight once or twice and have Salido waste one of those spots.

    Haters will just say salido was old.

    Which he is... but the "win" in which he has is bull**** enough. He also turned down a career high payday for the rematch.

    Sad.. but true boxing fans know what that "loss" was for loma

    I think it's a little strange that a guy doesn't want to avenge the only loss on his record. Especially with it being controversial. I don't ever remember that in boxing. But maybe that's just me.

    I agree but if Salido turned down a career high payday then that is on him.

    Loma will make him quit.

    If I was Loma I would be all over this fight, the guy clearly thinks a lot about legacy well if he no mas Salido it will look so much better on his resume.

    I hope not. Be a waste of time... Go after Linares or Berchelt or even the guy who just kayoed Salido!
