Shiming could have looked sensational up to 30-0 if he went the Kell Brook way, he faced world ranked opposition & that is why he burned up right away...Going out that way is much better than slow stewing a boring career...hence he is on this list as he earned the right to be on it, on top of boxers who face hopeless opposition
