    Well Cyborg fights at a higher weight class. Holm beat the **** out of Rousey at the weight class below, and fought at the weight class below in her UFC career. UFC weight classes are seperated by 10 pounds at those lower weights. So Cyborg was rightly the favorite.

    My pick is Khabib, I'm just saying McGregor's shots are precision shots in the cage, and with power. I'm interested to see if Khabib can take them.

    This. Holm has a heck of a chin, but her boxing and strategy is too straightforward. By the third round Cyborg figuered her out much like
    Shevchenko did and was landing counter right hands too easily.

    That said it was an excellent fight. The best part of the fight was the look on Cyborg's face when she realized how strong Holm is. This happened to Rousey also, who got Holm in the clinch and was easily pushed off.

    It's interesting to see Cyborg's change into a more measured, patient fighter. I can't see any of the women beating her.

    Yeah, actually, I remember when she fought Carano she was just a straight up wild thing, just a moving wall of brute force. She has done a lot of refining in the ensuing several years.

    I didn't see that. Maybe I was half paying attention. According to UFC strike tracker that wasn't the case, although it's probably only a tad more accurate than CompuBox. Was that the round Holm punched her schnoz?

    Holm dissapoints again , limited fight IQ , terrible boxing IQ . Predictable , telegraphs her punches from 6 feet away just a poor performance .

    Still amazed Holly and her team didn't use leg kicks. Cyborg had the lead leg sitting out as an easy target. it may or may have not made a difference but there is a chance it stops Cyborg coming forward as much, her same old jumping in dog paddling style punches and high kicks were too repetitive and obviously wasn't working after 2 rounds. There was no plan b at all.
