    As VL gains more & more ground over the boxing landscape many seem to be circling there tanks around Loma, except FMJ... No, he's pulling his back:

    Followed by:

    'GD: Can I fight VL uncle Floyd? FMJ: No junior, you can't...'

    There's no doubt in my mind Tank would hop in the ring with Loma if he got the OK. He's a fighter, it's what he does. But Floyd is right, he's not ready right now for Loma, he's still VERY YOUNG and has a lot to tighten up, but he's got all the physical tools.

    Loma is just in another league compared to all but maybe one or two guys - and even still, probably still a class above them. He is without a doubt a special fighter, but he's in or nearing the prime of his career while Tank isn't close to his. Fight Berchelt, Linares, or Garcia.

    tank is not ready, he has had weight issues and looked mediocre in his last 2 fights. loma is going after low hanging fruit.

    I mean i dont think tank beats loma even with 10 more years experience but if you own a belt in that division (or atleast held one recently) you should be expected to fight belt holders (exceptions made for fighters coming off big megafights. Like ward v kov canelo v ggg etc those guys earnt the right to take a stay busy tune up fight imho)

    Tank knows he cant beat loma but what he can do is market himself around being a future opponent for him and also the undefeated record is the cherry on top for attracting a fanbase.

    Davis taking on dib is a **** poor effort especially after his last fight was against a no hoper who was paying 12 dollars a win
