I would like to see some opponents announced within the next week or so- unless they know they pretty much know they are fighting already but negotiations are just being tied up.

Eddie Hearn would get lynched on here having 4 of his main fighters on a card and 4 weeks to go they’re all facing TBA.

It is pretty much poor promotion when you don't actually have opponents for any of your fighters with four weeks to go. Especially when the four in question are still pretty much unknowns in the grand scheme of things.

I watch a lot of boxing...think I ve seen tete and yards once. Dubois twice. Skeete once I think...I can't even remember who against. But franks fighters have kind of been hidden on boxnation for a while. Now hes trying to big up a card on the back of their names. Most casuals who pretty much are the target market wont really know who they are at this stage. The least he could do is have opponents for them. To big up their fights rather than just guys a lot of people won't know. Its not like he's still got naz. And can sell the fights off the back of his name.

These guys are just trying to make a name. It doesn't,t really work saying look who we,ve got on tonite...guys you probably haven't really heard that much about.

No problem to me its free boxing...I ll gladly watch it. Should be worth a watch. But just looking at it from a casuals perspective. Maybe if he at least had opponents with decent records...even if they aren't much good. You,ve still got a better chance attracting ticket sales/viewers telling them their fighting a decent name...should be a cracker etc. Looks a bit like part time promoing for me. "We,ll see what ticket sales we get...then decide how much we,ve got for opponents on short notice".

Then he complains how hard promoting is nowadays. Surely making decent fights and selling them fights is still part of a promoters job.

It's one thing Yarde and Dubious being novices but you can't be labelling them as two of the best in their division currently and also use the novice tag. You can't also have them as near top of bill fights v tba this near the fights either. These are things Frank is guilty of.

Has frank Really actually said that he thinks Dubious or Yarde are the best in their divisions??

He has been consistent in saying both need experience- in a recent interview when asked about a Kovalev fight frank himself dismissed it as far to early which obviously it is.

As you say, it would be good to have the opponents announced, but we don’t know what the score is behind the scenes.

For example, everybody was crying before the announcement that Degale’s opponent ( which obviously turned it to be Truax) had short notice, when in reality he knew about it well in advanced, it just wasn’t announced.

Tete has his opponent already. Dubois is still going to be in reasonably soft, so I'm not surprised his isn't announced. Skeete and Yarde ought to be announced though, I agree.

Hearn does get lynched and rightly so. His Olympic boys and Benn have had TBA's listed within the same week as the fight on occasion.

Never said he said they were the best in their division, I said two of the best. Talks how they are both currently world class, so if they are should be fighting world class fighters. Or is it the fact that neither are world class and he's talking nonsense. That being the case unless there in terrific match ups they shouldn't be main fights.

Or if they do need more learning fights nothing wrong with that but don't put them as chief support

These are franks main boys. Them Olympians are mainly just show fillers for Eddie at the minute. Obviously he wants them to be more than that eventually but he doesn’t pretend that they’re anything more at present.

That right am sick of hearing all these fighters are great but are not ready so what is it and if your good enough it shouldn't matter how many fights because fighting these trash cans aren't going to do much anyone what it shows is they can knockout poor opponents

What are you on about..Dubious just fought Darch at almost the exact same stage as AJ did. We don’t know who is next, hopefully its of a similar level. The kid is 20- get a grip.

Yardes last opponent was a decent step up - hopefully the next guy is of a similar Level (Murat is rumoured which if it comes off is a very good opponent)

But even if it’s not him, and maybe a slight step back at least Frank is getting him out quickly And building his experience so he can move him along.

There is nothing to critise with this card IMO - it’s not some kind of PPV or mutton dressed as lamb..it’s just solid prospects getting out consistently

No they’re not just show fillers for Hearn anymore, his stable is now so weak he is actually having to rely on them now which is the reason why this British beef card is happening with AJ co promoting and also his rubbish NXGEN shows.
