    He’s good... buts it’s just such a weak division. I don’t know.

On the cusp? No, not at all. Does he have the potential to be an ATG at CW? Absolutely

Even if he wins the WBSS he won't be the best cruiserweight ever. Fact is the 2 top cruisers in Holyfield and Haye achieved something he hasn't yet and won belts at heavyweight. Nobody cares about the cruiserweights and when the 2 best cruiserweights had success at heavyweight to varying degrees he has to match them to even be in contention as the best cruiserweight ever, that's just the mark that has been left for him to match or surpass.

But winning the WBSS might earn him a place as one of the best cruiserweights ever just not the best. But being one of the best cruisers ever is like being the best ever tiddly winks player, nobody really cares. Now if that tiddly wink player becomes the heavyweight boxing champion of the world...

Agreed but if you're talking by division I guess it's feasible

i'd say no, but through no fault of Eubank's. All of the top fighters are in the cruiser tournament. SMW was missing DeGale (pre Truax), Ramirez, Benavidez. if Usyk wins, hes cleaned out the best in his division. if Eubank/Groves/Smith wins, they have to go and see Truax, Benavidez and/or Ramirez

Yes, if we mean ATG cruiser.

Still a way to go to be a true ATG of course, but to be honest it does look like he's got the ability

Cruiser is one of the most stacked divisions at the moment.

E.g.: the WBA regular champ is Charr who got KO'ed cold in 5 by Briedis, who Usyk fights next.

Legacy is okay, but the money is more important. If not why don't they fight for free?

He has two fight left - Bredis and Gassiev.

Bredis was just exposed by Perez who dropped over 40 pounds over the age of 30. The luster has gone off that guy.

However Gassiev looks like one of the best talents in the sport and a win over him would be extremely impressive. You could definitely argue he's one of the best cruisers after those two wins and on top of what he already accomplished

David Haye is talked about as an ATG cruiserweight. If Usyk wins WBSS he would without doubt surpass Haye's achievements at cruiser.

As a true fan of boxing legacy should be your first port of call for your fighter not money.

This is the Mayweather virus that has set in amongst boxing "fans".

Wealth is fleeting in boxing history, legacy however lasts for eternity.

Honestly I think it's arguable that he's already done it.

Haye only has Mormeck and Enzo as legit wins and I'd favour Glowacki and Huck over them and I think are better opposition.

It's amazing the ignorance that is out there regarding the cruiserweight division.
