Dearth of lizards around here, sadly. Closest we have is an endemic subspecies of the North American Ratchet Ho, with lizard-like skin as the result of a convergent evolution due to a tanning-salon addiction, often found wearing Pats hoodies and Love Pink sweatpants in public spaces (like the Malden District courthouse, for instance), hair done up in cornrows with litters of fatherless offspring trailing behind in somewhat less orderly rows behind them..
