GGG will pound canelos body if a rematch goes forward.
Yes, Alvarez has a solid beard, but even without weight draining, he's still flat footed, still can't go a full 3 minutes, and can't keep his body work up.

He NEEDS A PARTISAN REF, and as noted, at least 1 partisan judge to look good on paper if history is his judge.

That women is a disgrace. Makes me sick every time I see her name. To think she is deciding who should win a fight with millions on the line. Absolutely criminal.

To be fair, if we include Canelo's mum, there are 10 people that thought he won.

    Shadow111 is Canelo's mum ;)

You need to win 9-3 or 10 -2 in rounds to get the decision against him, which is extremely difficult.

Last time GGG won 116-112 which was only good enough for a draw. Had the second dodgy scorecard been 1 more point for GGG he would have won by Majority decision. So we can see from that fight in retrospective that GGG needed to win 9 rounds to 3 to sneak a Majority win.

really doesn’t matter what shadow thinks as he only sees what he wants to see and of course the general consensus across the media was that GGG won that fight, heck even Canelo nut hugging channels like Dontay and Ego had it for GGG lol.
To beat Canelo on the scorecards would have to be like the Gabe Rosado beatdown.

With Judges like Byrd out there waiting for a Pay Day and His Brilliant ability to fight in Reverse for most of 12 Rounds and not engage...I think Oscar will continue to milk this Cash Cow...

You can't pay all 3 judges without getting caught but this way Canelo has in every huge fight at least 1 Judge with a secure pro Canelo score thats a big advantage in close fights like the Golovkin fight.

Why can't you pay all three, or at least two without getting caught?

Your conspiracy theory makes zero sense.

Why would DLH and the ONE judge risk going to jail and being banned from the industry to have ONE scorecard in Canelo's favor. Ridiculous assertion.

Your conspiracy theory would make a hell of a lot more sense if you change it to Oscar pays all three or at the very least pays two judges off.

Please don't ever get into the bribery business. You don't have the sense or logic to succeed.

You mean a rout, not a route? Yeah haters probably would have it a G rout, but I don't think Malignaggi or even Teddy Atlas is a Canelo hater, and they had it 9-3 / 10-2. But generally that's probably true.

But what's with the cringeworthy language to describe someone that has Alvarez as a "solid winner"? I mean I'm not sure how solid it was, but I had Alvarez winning the fight pretty clearly. Not dominant or wide but solid. I mean with comments like that, it's hard to take you seriously.

You can preach objectivity all you want, but the fact is that objectively Canelo won rounds 1-3 and 10-12 pretty obviously. Then you have rounds 4 and 5 that are pretty much toss-up rounds. Is that objective enough for you lol?

8 rounds to 4 seems to be the cutoff on both sides of this issue, but I see it the opposite. I see 8 rounds to 4 is pretty much the widest a reasonable fan could have either guy winning. It just wasn't a 10-2 or even a 9-3 kind of a fight, and to that point in that media poll very few had Golovkin winning by a wider margin than 8 rounds to 4 so what you're saying is contrary to those media scores. Most people had it 6-6, 7-5 TG or 8-4 TG. I personally had it about 7-5 / 8-4 in favor of Canelo, and the difference between 7-5 / 8-4 TG vs 7-5 / 8-4 Canelo is literally two or 3 swing rounds (rounds like 4,5,8,9) It's not like it's some huge massive difference between 8-4 / 7-5 Canelo and 8-4 / 7-5 Golovkin. We're talking about 2 or 3 close swing rounds. (rounds 4, 5, maybe even round 1 or one of the closer rounds Canelo won if you're really stretching it)

First of all both guys were Champs, Canelo the Ring and Lineal Champ and Golovkin the alphabet champion. And Golovkin did get many of the close rounds, specifically round 4 that Golovkin won on all 3 scorecards which was one of the closest rounds in the bout. Golovkin won round 5 on 2 of the 3 cards, which was a very close round as well so your statement that Golovkin "can't get a SINGLE.....NOT ONE.... Of the 4 closer rds from any of the 3 judges" is a complete lie.

Golovkin also won round 3 on 2 of the 3 judges cards, a round that most agree Canelo won and was certainly at the very least "close". Golovkin also won rounds 6, 8 and 9 on 2 of the 3 judges cards rounds especially 8 and 9 that were relatively close as well.

Giftlovkin got very preferential favorable judging vs Canelo winning many of the close rounds allowing him to pick up a draw in a fight that he really didn't deserve to win or even draw.

Too much logic for that guy.

Canelo will not get the benefit of the doubt by the spectators simply because he is the face of boxing and comes across as an alpha male and I'm sure that makes many beta males uncomfortable.

wat, is this thread being started simply because 3G couldnt beat him? YES, i think, since noone started it before Canelo fought 3G!

jeez sore mate, and not even over a loss, being sore over a draw.

Canelo and 3G are elites, show them some respect.

Asking for fanboys to show their favorite boxer's rival or the biggest star in boxing some respect is like asking a vegan to STFU about being a vegan.

Because not every used boxing judge in every fight is corruptible but A.Byrd clearly is.

Without that ONE scorecard in his favor Canelo would have lost the fight. Is this assertion really that ridiculous ?

Like I said before not every boxing judge is corruptible but if 1/3 of the judges are on your Team the best your opponent can do is to win a S.D. if it goes to the scorecards

So you think the 118-110 score in the Canelo - Golovkin fight happend because Byrd had just a bad day ?
