Wilder doesn't want to fight him because he knows takam would take all his shots

I think fury goat has a point Takam would be a nightmare for him first of all from a financial point of veiw( snatchbox wont buy a ticket for a start !) but if Wilder cant do anything with him in the first half of the fight Takum could edge it in the later rounds .
It would be an easier fight for Takum than the AJ fight

Wilder would get him out of there earlier than Joshua would due to having greater power.

But takam would still give him a few scares

You can argue that he softened Molina up before he faced Joshua.

Takam is easy to hit and takes a lot as he chugs forward .Any one easy to hit is at risk from Wilder.Takem walks into a big right hand good night!

You could argue Arreola softened him up for Wilder or he was just never any good but some how went 9 rounds with Wilder.

This. Takam has no speed or punching power, which means he has zero chance against Wilder. Takam couldn't even beat Perez and couldn't put a dent in Povetkin or Parker. The only damage he did to Joshua was from a headbutt, but if Joshua showed up in shape Takam would've been ended in 3 rounds flat. Takam would be an easy nights work for Wilder.

No idea if this is true.

We just haven't seen him fight anyone as good as Takam.

Wilder has never stepped in the ring with anyone as good as Takam so at this moment you have to go with Takam who has competed fairly well at World level. With game performances against Povetkin and Joshua. Two guys better than Wilder with better resumes than Wilder.

I would predict something like the Szpilka fight. Wilder made to look very uncomfortable and losing rounds, until he lands a big over-arm right, goes berserker, and the referee imposes a "British stoppage", more to stop Wilder from injuring himself with uncontrolled arm swings than Takam being badly hurt.

No he would not. Wilder would KO him, unlike british stiff who needed a british stoppage to beat Takam

Where was Wilder's "power" in Stiverne I? What makes you think he will suddenly find "power" when he faces a dangerous slugger like Takham?
