Ok so there are some real top prospects coming through in 130 div. Ive picked 5 out here who are all at similar stages in there careers.
There are others as well but im narrowing it down to this 5.

    Who ya got?

Im going with Zelfa. I just think his progression has been orchastrated to a tee. Hes got a real team around him that know boxing and they have his best interests at heart. Hes turning into a fantastic boxer with some great skills.

Cordina is good and certainly has a good career in front Of him
Woodstock, im not sure hell make it past domestic.
Bowen is one hard bstrd but he isnt technically great (not that it always matters) and does have 1 or 2 flaws. He has a tendency to lift his chin as he punches a bit.
Garner has shown real skills so far but his attitude outside the ring is worrying

Of all the names above, i wouldnt be suprised if they all passed on Bowen atm.
I do like bowen, ive been to see him twice. Hes got a good exciting style but im not sure how well he will evolve under carl. So far i havnt seen the improvements id like to of seen and like i say,he does carry some basic flaws. But there again carl has done some good work with him. controling the opponent after shots been one of them
bowen will defo win a british but can he go all the way...im not so sure
    Did u pick Corina, Maley?

personally think Cordina wil go the furthest, hes looked the best total package out of the lads who've come out of the Olympic cycle. Zelfa Barrett looks really good and seems to have a good head on his shoulders too. i don't understand the hype around Woodstock at all, so i dont think he will go far. Garner looks talented but as you said, he doesn't seem to live the life, already served a suspension for drugs (recreational) and i haven't seen enough of Bowen to judge

Didn't vote mate. Not seen anything of Bowen just heard alot about his power and that his been dodged at area and English level.. Barrett impressed me last time out but needs a proper 50 50 fight. Woodstock had a war with poxton looked good in parts but looks like he likes a tear up. Cordina only saw Speight fight who is a small feather, good pedigree b I teresting wen he gets tested.
Not seen the other kid at all.

I like Zelfa a lot but look how many fights he’s had and where he’s at. His management team are letting him down and will continue to do so IMO.

He had no amauter experience so his been learning his trade in the pro's. Imo he sud have fought for English title b4 he did but it' time for him to step up now in a proper 50-50 clash. Bowen team very vocal they wanted that fight for a while.

Bowen is good to watch...hes a hard, fit guy that likes to fight. Hes got a good short left hook on him and a chopping right cross.hes similar in style to lewis ritson.
Hopefully he will get put on tv when he fights for the british. He might then get a deal off frank or eddie.
Hes a fan friendly style. Maybe frank will put woodstock in with him

I actually think both Cordina and Barrett if gave the right fights and the right stage of their development could both become world champions.

Garner look good from what I've seen of him but fighting right at the lower level codina should really be fighting at a higher level hearn isn't helping these fighting who are used to fighting at a much higher level fight complete trash

Cordina and by a big distance, think he's a speciman. Great athlete and good solid skills. I would be surprised if he's not a multi weight world champion.

That sounds crazy considering he has just started, but that's just how much I rate him at this stage.

Woodstock is my favourite, I like his style but agree domestic level might be his ceiling unless he improves a fair bit. Which he could do as he is still young.

Half the reason I picked Cordina is because he's so big and strong for a 130. I actually just remembered I saw an interview where he's campaigning @ lightweight. If he could make 130 I'd say he could do a Ricky Burns but better, now that I remembered he is a lightweight he doesn't even count really does he?

His last fight was actually at 142!

Is that right? I thought he was going to be campaigning at 130

Sam Bowen is the best of the lot, trust me. I think most people haven't seen him that's why they aren't voting for him. I'm amazed he hasn't signed with a bigger promoter.
He's a spiteful born fighter, he knocked out Chris Kongo in the amateurs and then beat up Kongo's friends and family after the fight lol.
