Although a big purse I don’t see broner taking his if he’s serious about his boxing career! If he wants to rebuild it taking another L won’t help! It will destroy it.

If broner for some reason accepts it I’d imagine an easy win (depending on ring rust) for Khan and a big name scalp to help throw him back in to the big time.

Would like a Broner V Khan fight winner goes back to contention at the top of the division - what weights it at? 147? Neither have set the world on fire there

Broner has the skills, style and pop to beat Khan but I just have a feeling that if Khan boxes jabs and moves Broners slow feet will loose him the fight. Both are prone to WTF moments in fights tho so its hard to call. How much does Khan have left after all those big KO losses.

Broner has his own problems out of the ring and hasn't lived up to the hype and has struggled post Maidana. If Khan gets the jab going and can move out of harms way then he has a chance for a decent winnable fight.

I did read Skeete being mentioned as an opponent and while thats a good fight as well cant see Khan wanting to fight Brad

It's rumoured that Khan will be signing with Hearn which makes sense if he does want to keep fighting in America building towards the Kell Brook fight.

Coincidence that the press conference is being held at the Dorchester? (where Matchroom announce pretty much everything they do that's london related?)

Can't see him fighting Broner. He said hes having a "comeback fight in the UK" both of which i wouldnt have thought apply to Broner, highly doubt he comes over here

Looks like Hearn has beaten frank to sign Khan! Eddie badly needed a win as he has been taking Ls for a while now. Good move

Broner does seem like a tough if interesting comeback fight. Much more likely is someone in the lower reaches of the top 15.

The latest is that Khan fights a warm fight in March, then follows that with a mega fight against Kell Brook in the summer.

Khan is a joker. Previously it was he couldn’t fight Brook as long as Hearn is involved.

I guess Khan realises that having sky sports behind him and the potential of sky box office PPV vs Brook was too good to turn down.

Khans bottled it signing with Matchroom. Went the easy route.

It’s a massive coup for Eddie (it would have been for Frank too). I don’t know why but he’s still one of the biggest names in British boxing! I just hope his chin can withstand a few warm up fights and we finally get to see Brook - Khan!

My guess is that it could be as far away as ever though. He’s going to want to make Khan a world champion first to maximise the revenues?

I suspect he will become part of the Matchroom US side of things most likely. Hard to map a path for him at this stage though, a tune up is to be expected.

    Big move for Hearn

It won't happen then as the WW champions are too good for Khan..

    Horn will fight Crawford
