Heard it on the radio this morning, apparently for April. Props to Horn for not being a fukboi and making the fight
Total miss match. I must be missing something but i just dont see anything at all in Horn to think he should be playing with this level of competition. His size and the fact Pacquio is shot to pieces is what scraped him over the line to a questionable victory that night. He is likely to be bigger than Crawford and it will be the Americans 1st fight (i think) at 147 but Crawford looks like he is going to be a very comfortable Welterweight and is not a shot to bits fighter he is considered the P4P number 1 by some. Not that i wouldnt watch it obviously.
Even if Horn gets KO'd by Crawford's ring entrance, he still will have a huge domestic fight with Mundine, hell maybe they can even Frankenstein Danny Green back together for a fight. The kid has it made no matter what happens. That "win" over Pacman has him set for life.
Pac isn’t shot but he allowed horn to hold and foul all night. Just as Mattysse allowed postol to grab and hold him everytime he came inside. Crawford will allow none of it. He will whip that boy inside and out and rough him up on the inside.
Props to Horn. As I predicted last year, "Horn will get demolished by the first good fighter he faces". Crawford is going to seriously beat up Horn, may end his career. At least he'll go out with a decent payday...he and his nut job handlers who think he is more than a local phenom.
I will be bumping this thread. This will be much like this thread. https://www.boxingforum24.com/threads/will-pacquiao-ko-horn.589508/
Good for the fans, but nonetheless a poor decision by Horn as far as his own interests are concerned. I'm not complaining though, hopefully Crawford having a belt will help make Crawford vs Thurman and/or Crawford vs Spence, which are the two major tests in the division right now.
And Crawford would be an idiot to face him in Australia considering how Horn got the benefit of the doubt over a legend and cash cow like Pacquiao.
