A good step up fight for Quigg who hasn't faced anyone except Frampton who i don't rate that highly either. Valdez is easily the toughest fight of Mr Quigg's career.
Valdez going life and death in back to back fights and this fight will be the the same that can't be good for his career I think quigg is going to go at him and take whatever comes back to land his own because he knows how Valdez has showed alot of flaws lately

Fancy Valdez in this one. Could be a really exciting fight - so long as Quigg doesn't follow the typical Gallagher gameplan of doing nothing for the first 6-8 rounds. He's not with Joe G anymore though, is he?
Valdez is average, I’ve always maintained that. He is sloppy and slappy, poor footwork and no variation in tempo.
Valdez has a great engine and some very good skills....particularly great legs under him....he might run rings around Quigg.
