Leg muscles are not any sort of measurement of frame.

Tua was beefed up by his team after turning pro, to keep him from getting pushed around. There is no magic secret to it. Muscles are not a natural magic phenom that just grow on people cause of their "big frame" In fact, what Tua was eating contributed to his big frame. Bones are not this fixed Terminator Endoskeleton. Educate yourself on biology, someone who gains 50 pounds of bulk in their 20s will increase their bone density.

It might be the case that Lewis would always have been too big an obstacle for Frazier.

What would be different, is that when Frazier got key opportunities against fighters like Rahman and Byrd, he would invariable capitalize upon those opportunities.

These wins would open up additional opportunities.

Some fighters are always going to break through somewhere, and Frazier was such a fighter.

Because they need the premise that if he had the right training he would be 220 +lbs today and therefore able to compete with the super heavies. It's a wonder they don't claim he would be 6'4" too!

Please no Butterbean tale of the tape. Yes, fat greatly increases every measurement, except for perhaps height.

Strange his wrist and fist size never altered throughout his career. How do you account for that?

Fat tends to gravitate to specific areas. The hand is not chief among them, but I all but guarantee Tua's wrist went up in measurement from 200 to 250.

For an easy example to understand, Guys who lose or gain 20 pounds needs can feel the difference on their watch and will need to loosen or tighten it depending on the weight.

Frazier had a better harder left hook than tua, and was in much better shape, I think Frazier would do better than Tia and possibly even beat lennox

Frazier did have a tyson or tua size frame. As evidenced by his late career weight. 215 in the thrilla and 224 in the foreman rematch(both times he trained for a long hard fight)
Marciano however with his build imo would have never been effective over 200 to 205, no matter in what era. Narrower shoulders, smaller thighs and hips(steroids dont really grow your legs, so a theoretical 90s marciano wouldnt have frazier or tua like thighs and hips either)
Lets not forget frazier was 2 inches taller than tua and tua was i believe around 200 lbs similar to prime frazier when he turned pro.
Frazier beats everyone tua fought(including ike who he beats by working even harder than tua did and matching ikes workrate) he still loses to lewis who stops him in a more exciting fight.

Frazier wasn't 2 inches taller than Tua. Frazier's optimum weight was 205lbs.

I am not comfortable with some of these comparisons.

One guy's height might have been rounded up for publicity purposes, while the other might have been an honest measurement.

They both likely vary by about an inch over the course of a day anyhow.

There is no standardization regarding how you do a chest measurement, or a wrist measurement, for example.

I tend to believe the camera, more than the tape measure!
