    I agree he does look old, but it’s also super unflattering lighting.

    My verdict: It’s true Ortiz is old and on the decline, but he’s still a top heavyweight and it takes balls to face him. Wilder deserves respect for it.

    Ortiz deserves a title shot more than anyone. Just think what he's been through.

    First, Jack Dempsey refuses to fight him because he drew the line at "negro challengers".

    Then the American mob tried to muscle in on Ortiz's contract but Ortiz refused to play ball so they froze him out of the picture for years.

    Then the Cuban Revolution happened and Fidel Castro prohibited professional boxing altogether.

    Finally, just as Ortiz is eventually getting into the big time, the drugs testers victimize him for blood pressure medication!

    It's what these haters do! They try to paint it in such a way that, the hated fighter will always be criticized. If the hated fighter doesn't fight their hero, he's scared ducker. But, once the fight is made, the guy is a drug cheat. LOL I remember a few years ago, people were saying Wilder would never fight Ortiz, now that the fight is penned, Ortiz is a grandpa that is senile and has heart problems. Remember when Ward was too scared to fight Kovalev? Then the fight was signed and boy oh boy, Ward was all kinds of bad. A dirty fighter, a drug cheat, a primadonna. Then he goes on to decision Kov and all hell broke loose. Now all of Ward's deep pocket backers were paying off the ref, judges and the commission. LOL It's funny when you think about it. Their arguments are almost convincing!

    Until someone proves otherwise, he is the age he says he is
