Roy showed no (None, 0, not one) physical weakness or chin deficiency until he was past his prime as a fighter.

Rjj along with ali are the most athletic fighters in history. Rjj had the best reflexes in boxing history he could slip and land punches at will.:deal:

Pacquiao would double his workrate so hell no he did not have stamina advantage over Pac.

Just because he's faster single shot and has quicker reflexes doesn't automatically make him more athletic.

You should watch Pacquiao Barrera I. Probably the greatest exhibition of stamina of that era. Jim Lampley stated "Pacquiao showing tremendous stamina, does not want to seem to slow down at all". "He looked like he could have fought 20 rounds tonight". Manny Steward said "The reports I got was that he was in phenomenal shape, I was very impressed tonight that he fought with that type of spirit and determination".

That was just one fight. There were other fights where he showed a tremendous workrate and desire. Against Cotto he pretty much launched a non stop assault for 12 rounds. Against Clottey he threw like 1,300 punches or something like that. It was insane.

Jones Jr. never showed that kind of ring activity. I'm sure you know how exhausting it can be to throw lots of punches. And the thing is Pacquiao kept his power late into fights despite all his constant punching and movement.

I never saw Floyd Mayweather walk down a MUCH bigger man and throw 1,300 punches. He can't do that.

I never saw pac throw a pull counter then slip the counter which is 10000000 light years more athletic and difficult than walking down and throwing punches at a heavy bag like clottey who's not even fighting back.:deal:

You're talking about skills. Pacquiao was never a counter puncher.

Pacquiao is the 2nd best athlete in boxing history. Ali is the best athlete because he was 6'3" 220 pounds and moved around the ring like a WW.

Pacquiao. Roy has no chin, none. Even when Roy was Roid he was still the possessor of a disgusting old lady glass mandible. The only thing that saved him from being on the receiving end of even more brutal highlight reel KO loses during his steroid enhanced prime was his athleticism and his steadfast refusal to face savage punchers.

Pacquiao would spark Roy out cold within 3 rounds if they were the same size. In fact, I'd bet everything I own on the Pac that fought between 126-147 sparking him out cold, if Roy didn't duck him that is which I'm almost certain he would.

Im talking about athletic ability combined with skills thats what a pull counter is all about. We all saw when they fought who was more athletic faster of both hand and foot and who had better reflexes. Pbf is the more athletic fighter.

Pac was war torn and blown up. Not a good comparison. Pac can barely throw 500 punches today without gassing.

Pbf wasnt prime either with that said at no point in their careers was pac more athletic than pbf. Having a higher workrate has nothing to do with being more athletic.
