Hypocrisy of Tony Bellew

    The only thing worse than a holier-than-thou attitude is when it's hypocritical too. Tony piped up on Twitter recently to label Lucas Browne a cheat. Now that Eddie Hearn has 'Kid' Galahad fighting under the Matchroom banner, Tony has taken a vow of silence.

    Could it be that Tony is a double standard holding hypocrite who doesn't want to say or do anything to upset the man who took him from a 175 pounder being brutalised at world level to a ''heavyweight'' who has somehow headlined 2 PPV shows with a third to come in May?

    It would be hypocrisy if he said Galahad doesn’t deserve a life ban for cheating...

    Browne is in his weight division, makes sense to talk about him...

    But yeah...guy does talk nonsense.

    He claims to be too small for the elite Ryan. What he's doing is looking to pick over the broken down body of David Haye. I find it the equivalent of a bottom feeding fish looking for scraps.

    Said all this about drug cheats and slagged of Povetkin, won't say anything of the sort about the Browne-Whyte fight.
    Also then said how Roy Jones jr was the most athletically gifted of all time. Ignored the PEDs...

    And he also praised Evander Holyfield as the best cruiser of all time, when he is the most obvious steroid user in boxing, the evidence speaks volumes.

    Like when he was talking about brook quiting lol what about the worst world title challenge away from home ever lol he might not have quit but didn't want to fight against stevenson

    Yeah, should've held that opinion of Brook back, I thought it was disgraceful actually, considering Kell had surgery after the GGG fight AND hes a fellow countryman(bit of loyalty). LOL there wasn't much "I will die in the ring" when he fought the Pimp.

    He was terrified and then when he won the cw title it was against a fighter that wasn't anything special then called out all the champions but fights a total trash can then leaves the weight class and even now he keeps saying he would have loved to have fought the top cw's but the money isn't there but with a wbss the money was there his a full member of the matchroom mafia now

    Bellew wouldn't do or say one thing that could jeopardise his retirement gig as a Sky pundit. He even makes Johnny Nelson sound honest and forthright with his opinions.

    I like Bellew but he is talking a load of rubbish lately and is grating me a fair bit.
    It’s a two way street with Haye though. A second fight is the only thing left for both of them at present.
