Hype? What about that struck you as "hype"?

You need to calm the hell down. I said Murray's fine on the heels of Monroe Jr. & Lemieux. Nowhere did I say he was a great opponent, nor preferable, obviously to a Jacobs or Murata or Derevyanchenko.

Damn you got triggered on the quick... lol You my friend need to calm the hell out.

I don't rate Monroe or Lemieux very high at all, and consider Murray to e on par with them, possibly lower since his decline is quite obvious, and with his performance over a C level fighter like Rosado.

I expect BJS to step it up, but it seems he will be nit picking his opponents.. Whack if you ask me.

Omg another title shot for Murray, is he going for the Guiness book record for failed title shots?

Who do you want him to fight exactly, come on name names.

Bearing in mind he has the fight of his life coming up probably in September.

Exactly. Nitpicking is harping on guys like Monroe, Lemieux or Murray. If you're going to be THIS critical of a guy's opposition you'd better have double-digits' worth of names that are head and shoulders above the ones he's fighting...not just a handful.

He indeed was robbed sure enough vs both Sturm and then Martinez, but the beating he took vs GGG took something away from him.
Even though he was later robbed again vs Abraham, and fought well with GG, he clearly lost his relentless grind, which made up for his lack of one punch power.

Gotta look at the film of his 3 big fights preceding and the 3 after.

Still a solid defense for a titlist, but BJS is in a position to get a better fight, unless.....

He already has something planned for the fall, and is looking at a relatively safe defense

I for sure don't want him to waste his prime waiting on big paydays that he likely won't get, and perhaps what makes it more annoying is that his entire career has consisted of regional fighters or C level fighters. I don't see GGG or Canelo gunning for him and he shouldn't be acting like he has a set fight, in fact Gomez already said there are better options for Canelo that make more $en$e.

Has he not learned from his fellow countryman Amir Khan that waiting for a payday will ruin your career?

Saunders had a good 4 fight run a while back in undefeated O'Sullivan, undefeated Ryder, undefeated Blandamura and undefeated Eubank Jr

Okay yeah, didn't realize that was an uninterrupted run. Still though it wasn't as though any of those were leagues above Monroe/Lemieux/Murray.

The irony, oh the irony. That was classic projection. The only one triggered here is you, by the mere existence of Saunders. You're as shook as shook can get, you and 22JM. Canelo fanboys know the truth (and most importantly a stylistic NIGHTMARE for Canelo) when they see it.:deal:

I have never really been sold on Murray. Tough man no doubt.
Do you not rate Eubank Jr above names?

Eh, let's see if he walks the WSBB, then maybe. Currently he isn't proven to be too far (if even) above this current trio.
