he will keep smashing all the cans he fights but he's never gonna win anything serious with those flabs. Makes a mockery of boxing, can't even be arsed losing a bit of body fat before a fight.

cant wait till he faces a real athlete like Joshua or Wilder and gets sent packing.

    You can't win can you?

You're either full of muscle and 'robotic', or a bit fleshy and considered 'fat' and 'out of shape'.

    Fury and Joshua....

Two biggest names in the heavyweight division....
    Two different body types....
    Two different styles....
Two different kind of wins against Wlad....

Proof that there is more than one way to skin a cat.

You dont have to be a bodybuilder. But Tyson Fury NEVER looked that bad weighing in. He balooned between fights but on fight week he was always in shape

Kownacki looked a beast against Spzilka. Hes one of the best HW prospects.

Certain people like to call Kownacki and Kuzmin fat and dismiss them because they are not body beautiful it's a joke.. its clutching at straws to troll. They did it with Povetkin for years and hes the 3rd best heavy of this era. They did it with Tyson Fury for years and look what he done, the second Fury is in just decent physical and mental shape hes the best heavyweight in the world -fact.

Skills and ability are the main thing, in comparison how a heavyweights body looks means nothing. If it really meant something Izu the black Pole and Larry Olubamiwo would be at the top.

Wasn't Adam 240lbs for his fight vs Szpilka? That heavy he may not have the legs to keep up with Kiladze who is a very mobile fighter.

Kownacki's body never looks good, he is not a body builder, but he can fight................remember how flabby Jimmy Young used to look?

While he never looked good, coming in 18lbs heavier tells us all we need to know in regards to his discipline. In reality if you look at his other fight weights this is around the usual weight he shows up in which makes the Arreola comparisons even more apt.

He'll get exposed every time he steps up, kiladze might not be the guy to do it, but someone will, long before he gets to fight one of the belt holders.

I don't think there is any justifiable reason for him coming in 20 pounds heavier than his previous fight. He doesn't carry the weight well and it may be a bad omen of things to come.

I think Kownacki really underestimated Kiladze because of the Kalenga fight. Kiladze isn't going to be an easy KO. In fact, Kownacki may end up on the wrong side of the KO. I can see Kiladze tiring out Kownacki like a fisherman tires out a fish then lowering the boom on him.

Kownacki really is at a cross roads in his career.

Following him chinning Szpilka- I expected him to take it seriously as he is now entering into top 10 territory and going to be lined up for a world title challenge.

But with a build like that which has got even worse, its clear he is still on the lager and the pies and not taking boxing seriously at all. Such a let down and such a waste.

Another one with similar talent to him but with weight problems has gone the other way. Andy Ruiz Jr has got himself in shape after losing to Parker, and I expect him to really challenge if properely managed.
