    Crawford
    Thurman

4th is too hard for me to decide. I think Garcia would time Porter all day but then again Guerrero did give him major issues with that inside work.

Crawford is definitely in the top 4. Hell he's no. 1 and he hasn't even fought at the weight yet. :yaay

This is very easy. The top 5

    Spence
    Thurman
    Garcia
    Porter
    Brook

Crawford is not a welter and has never fought at welter. So he does not belong on a list of welters.

    Thurman
    Spence
    Crawford*
    Garcia

Crawford has an asterisk because he's unproven at 147, but he's good enough that placing him outside the top 3 would be uncivilized.

Crawford....I believe he will be the best at 147 but since he hasn’t had a fight at this weight yet I can’t put him on the list.

    It will have to be:
    Spence
    Thurman
Crawford (if he beats horn comfortably)
    Porter

In no particular order, its Spence, Crawford, Thurman and Garcia.

You can argue all day long about who should be where, but until they all fight (At least Thurman has fought Garcia), then its just talking
