The immovable force vs the immovable object

I was really impressed the way Spence controlled the fight and gave Peterson a lesson in inside fighting, usually Lamont's bread and butter.

Can he do it again against another tough inside fighter like Porter?

Spence beats Porter as well people forget Spence can box as well there’s a reason Porter and them don’t ever talk about fighting Spence. Porter probably gets stopped from absorbing damage

Would be an entertaining fight as Porter always brings it. I think it's a tougher fight for Spence than some might think as I think Porter will push Spence back like Brook did and we know on the back foot Spence is less effective due to his need to be set to punch.

But Porter's wide open attacks vs Spence's straight down the middle shots will eventually see Spence punish him on the way in and in the exchanges. Spence eventually breaks him down and stops him late.

Spence against Porter in the summer and then Thurman in the winter would make a great year for Spence.

Porter seems to be going after the Thurman rematch instead

I want to see Garcia in with spence, no fighting bums while waiting around to fight Thurman again.

Garcia's on his way out. He only wants soft touches.

Porter would give him hell if he didn't stay on the inside for too long. Shawn too often smothers his own work and Spence is too good at manipulating distance in close quarters.
But coming from the outside in, Porter will be having a fun time landing his own shots.

Spence in 10 via Porters stupidity on the inside.

I wasn't so moved, because I expected it. Spence had already impressed upon me that he had the goods to do such a thing.

He stops Porter late on, IMO.

This would be decent, whilst we wait for Thurman to tune up.

Spence will time Porter with his rushes and stop him late.

Not too easy to do, but I do think attrition will work in Spence's favor as the skirmishes add up. Shawn can get off explosively when at distance, but he can't do it all night long, there's a lot of energy involved in fighting in that jittery ambush style he employs at range, and with overuse comes predictability besides. Porter will need to fall into the mauling side of his game for sustained spells, thus giving Spence plenty of opportunity to chip away at his foundations.

I think Errol becomes the first to get Porter out, somewhere between 10 and 12, but, failing that, he can post a legitimate scorecard victory of a 117-111, 118-110 type of margin.

This. Porter is too predictable. Porter's aggression will make it competitive early on, but once Spence adjust and goes to his jab I see him easily picking Porter apart. I also see Porter getting stopped late by Spence.

I like Porter personally, great personality, very upbeat, but I can't stand the way he fights, smothering his opponent and holding half the time. He ought to go into commentating.

I wouldn't mind it, but porter isn't ranked by the IBF, so I doubt that it will happen anytime soon.
