Mick Conlon joins Adam Booth

another top prospect for the Booth stable. good move for all concerned?

Conlan is probably being overhyped a bit, so this may be a very clever move in the long run.

 

assume hes still with top rank, same as quigley still with golden boy and just wanted to be closer to home.

 

Great move for him booth is a great trainer.

 

Perhaps he just wanted to move back over here. Maybe living in Southern California wasn't suiting him or his family. This seems like a good move if that was the case - Booth is one of the best trainers over here. I wish Conlan all the best, I met him in NY in Dec after he'd fought on the Loma-Rigo card. He's a nice kid.

Yeah it’s a disgrace. Can’t believe he’s had 5 fights now and not one has been for a world title.

I worry about Burnett after his last contest, he fought an unnecessary fight and paid the price with a hospital visit. He had problems as a youth and I fear he may not have a long career ahead of him.
