I still think Loma should start his year with avenging his 'loss' and then proceed to beat better comp. Salido deserves a payday and Loma deserves redemption. Everybody wins.

Even today I'm OK with the rematch.

    More than OK.

    I actively want it.

Say what you want about how old Salido is, Lewis to this day hangs a shed load of his greatness on the fact he's beaten everyone he faced.

    Loma's fighting 3 times a year, so as a stay-busy fight, i suppose, but it's pointless.

Nope that would not be okay under any circumstances. He just got beat WTF people really want him to avenge that hahaha. That’s like Manny saying “hey Bradley you beat me that first one let’s run it back unretire. People will say he was getting a career high payday and turned it down. I remember manny and ggg getting career high paydays from Canelo and Floyd but they fought for more and got it. Arum should have cut the check to Salido when it mattered

I want two things from every fighter. Attempt to avenge any losses, unify all the belts.

So yeah course I'm cool with that.

As of now amateur Olympic boxers don't wear headgears either. What is your point? They are pros because of that?

Well that’s my thing at a certain point avenging a lost doesn’t matter. Salido was **** when he fought him the first time now he’s even more shot and comin off a loss there’s no point. I really hope real Loma fans don’t want that fight so they can talk **** to trolls

    No they are pro(fessionals) because...

I don't even have a problem with AIBA, but the whole "he lost because he was green" thing?

    COME-ONNNNNN!

He cashed the damn check afterward, didn't he?
He signed his name on the contract, didn't he?
He asked for the title shot in his FIRST fight, Uncle Bob said no. So there it is.

He lost because it was his first 12 round fight and he didn't know how to pace himself effectively for 12 rounds. Why is that so hard to understand?

No. He lost because the three judges gave the other guy more rounds then him.

Every fighter who loses has an excuse. He looked like he had more energy in the last round than Salido did, and that was, in fact his best round.

    Broner was weight-drained against Garcia.
Peterson wasn't used to the weight class against Spence
Rigondeaux was too small and inactive against Chenko.
Kovalev got "cheated by the judges" against Ward.
Canelo was "too inexperienced" against Mayweather.
Danny Jacobs had cancer against Pirog.

The guy wanted to win a world title faster than anyone else, HE ASKED FOR THE FIGHT, HE ACCEPTED THE FIGHT, HE TOOK THE MONEY, HE SPENT IT. Bob Arum did not force him to fight for a title 3 months into the game.

That's it. If he wasn't ready he should have fought from 6 to 8 to 10 rounders like everyone else.

Yes. That's exactly why I said that Lomachenko didn't know how to pace himself... Because he paced himself like it was a 15 round fight. Thanks for proving my point...

Well, there haven't been 15 round fights since before Chenko was born...
