Barry was a late starter at boxing (14) - he lost some amateur fights.
Jason Barker from Sheffield beat Junior Witter 4 times in the amateurs.
Barry is a future world champion.

Josh didnt have a massive am career. I just cant see barry making it to the top. He didnt make it when he was juicing so i cant see how hes gonna do it clean....thats if he is.

To be fair I always thought he was dodged.

    Big year for him now.

He was definetly dodged m8. How often over the years have both Frampton and Quigg fought average opoents at best because they claim the top names are tied up and Galahad was free to fight them? Not saying he's a top name but better than many of their opponents that's for sure.

The problem was he picked up the titles quigg and Frampton vacated so brought nothing to the table to tempt both fighters. Risk v reward.

I’m sure he was willing to fight both before they vacated.

For what it’s worth he’s a cheat but I think he beats both.

I'm sure he wud fight both but at the time (b4 ban) he had no bargining chips or promotional team with enough money to tempt either. Frampton beats him quigg 50-50

Theyve sold over 10,000 tickets for this fight so far. The tickets have only been on general sale a day or so. The fighters have yet to sell tickets and a lot of people will have to wait till they get paid/ closer to date etc.
This is going to do over 20,000 easy. Maybe 25 or 30, 000.
    Franks back baby.

Will be minimum 20,000, be interesting who is on the undercard.

The release said the £40 seats are very limited now.

Frank mentioned in an interview that Catterall, Woodstock and Nicola Adams will be on it with some additions

Think Selby by UD. Only thing is if Warrington was to gain an early lead in the first 4 rounds he has very good legs and could run away for the rest of the fight and pot shot, similar to what Thurman did to Danny Garcia.

Scyson is a good lad & contributer to this board. They should let him back on now.
