    115-113 salido or a draw, if I stretched my imagination I could do 115-113 Loma.

    But I don't really take the loss as anything really note worthy. Secone pro fight, incompetent ref and he still nearly destroyed Salido later in the fight. Just unfortunately it took him far too long to work it out.

    Lomachenko of today would do far far better of the Lomachenko then, and that's the most important thing.

    Nope, if that were the case Loma wins 116-102.

    If you think the result was clear as day, then you clearly need to rewatch it.

    With a competent and honest referee, Lomachenko would have won by DQ.

    Salido at the very least should have had several points deducted.

    It’s a very easy fight to score. Salido won the early rounds, then Loma figured him out and took over, but too late to win. It’s actually a great fight. As I said before, if the fight had gone 15, Loma would have won. I can’t be bothered to speculate on why your scoring is so bad. But it’s pretty obvious you’re not seeing the forest for the trees.

    Think Salido just won in a very close contest...a draw would have been acceptable...would be a different fight now Salido has aged and Loma has improved since...would be a shut out if they fought again..really don't want to see it...

    Your memory is obviously quite hazy, the first four rounds were ridiculously close, Salido came on in the middle rounds, then gassed and Loma swept the last three. Of course you can't be bothered to rewatch it, you don't want to be forced to question your original score, and admit you might have been off the first time around. Its okay, its not like you'd be questioning your incredibly fragile sexuality or anything Gil.;) Its just the score for a Boxing match.

    Hey, most had GGG winning 118-110, I had it 116-112 and said 114-114 was acceptable, don't bark up my tree.:biggrin: I'm far more receptive to your argument than most.:deal:

    Loma won this fight more clearer than Floyd did against Castillo the first time. ;) And Castillo did it within the rules.

    I had scored it for Lomachenko.

    It was a close fight but no way Salido legitimately won that. It was a gift decision in my opinion.
