Usyk is a cruiser, he'd easily beat Kovalev. Definitely the real deal, but could easily get derailed if he walks into a big one in the WBSS semis/finals.

As for the LHWs, that's a fairly high bar, Kovalev is a p4p-level fighter and I don't think one needs to be that good to avoid being a fraud.

Gvozdyk and Beterbiev are definitely for real, they've both beaten decent contenders, but just how good they are we don't yet know. Either vs Kovalev is an interesting fight.

Bivol is also good, but I think Kovalev would still beat him even now.

Usyk Kovalev and Beterbiev are top 20. Gvozdyk is a journeyman champ at best, Bivol is a prospect.

Gvozdyk is a better boxer than Beterbiev.

Are you saying Gvozdyk is also better overall than Artur? Or just better boxer?

I personally think Beterbiev will go farther. Tough call however.

Gvozdyk is more skilled in my opinion, has better footwork, more dimensions to his game. He is also tall for the division has a fairly long reach. Beterbiev punches harder and likely has a better chin. But skills pay the bills, so I would pick the Nail against him.

Why must there necessarily be a fraud among them? Even if their heights of success are distributed unevenly (why shouldn't they be? It would honestly be a weird coincidence if four guys picked at random all did equally as well as each other) it seems fallacious to say that whoever ranks at the bottom in the final analysis must have been unworthy of the hype they received. They could all be, or none of them could be. Let's wait and see.

Usyk and Bivol are the ones that have genuine potential to be p4p aces, IMO.

Gvozdyk and Beterbiev were excellent amateurs who both have major strengths as well as flaws to iron out in the pros.

Why don't you watch their fights instead of making threads about them?

I disagree with IB, Usyk and Gvozdyk are the guys with P4P potential IMO.

Bivol is very solid, but nothing he does is spectacular including his in ring style, can he pick up a strap, yeah, probably a few, but I doubt he could beat Gvozdyk, Kovalev or Beterbiev.

Beterbiev is more skilled than most make him out to be, that being said, he's the most rudimentary of the 4, and will get found out when he faces someone who can take his punch and exploit his plentiful weaknesses.

    None of them are FRAUDS.

The thread title is appalling by the way, and cut the bull**** you don't like Lomachenko or Kovalev, its just your pathetic way of covering your ass. Its the, but I have black friends excuse. Its your poor attempt at throwing shade indirectly, sadly you're not all that subtle. So its pretty direct, and obvious as a ball peen hammer blow to the big toe.

This. Beterbiev has power, but seems limited overall. Stevenson, Jack, Barrera, Gvozdyk, and Kovalev all beat him.
