Crawford needs to be dropped from P4P rankings until he beats Thurman or Spence.

No one. Postol is his best win. Same people who **** on GGG resume for years are now trying to argue Postol & Burns make you #1 p4p

If those two were MWs & triple G had fought those two they'd be laughing at you for arguing he's #1

    Tools.

Funny that now Crawford is gone at 140 people like Loma and Mikey Garcia want to go there. Where were they when Crawford was there? He simply has beaten everyone who has gotten in the ring with him and done it handily. Ozeki = Stupid Seven Rising!!!! :)

Crawford has a very good resume. He has two gold medalist, Postol, Beltran, etc.

It's not a weak resume by any means. What stars could he have fought?

I wouldn't mind seeing him in with Mikey Garcia, but I think the Loma fight is more interesting.

I think most people will pick Crawford to beat Garcia.

But this guy comes to knock people out and he's not talking about fighting Spence of all people, who is a very dangerous fight.

speaking of Brook i still think if he hadn't been shattered (in more ways than one) by Golovkin then he'd have beat the crap out of Spence. Crawford does pass the eye test. We'll see when he steps up.

This forum sure as hell appreciated his win over Postol.

Or, well, based on everything said and felt going into the fight, it should have.

Postol went from unknown to the forum darling in the short time before going into that fight.

What will you say if Postol loses to Prograis in 5 weeks? This fight will help to clear some smoke on this whole issue.

Gamboa and Felix Diaz both won Gold medals is what he meant.

As for the thread, I tend to agree Crawford's resume is pretty weak but I do believe his skills are there for when he fights an elite (like Spence or Thurman). Crawford isn't a hypejob by any means.

It’s a very solid resume. Indongo, Postol, Diaz and Gamboa. Gamboa and Indongo were undefeated and world champions. He’s a unified world champion and 2 champion in two different divisions.

Agreed. The level of performances elevate Crawford and Spence beyond than the names who make up their resumes. Spence beating Brook was a great win even though it was after a devastating injury. Bud has dominated every opponent in a way that a truly special fighter should.

I don't know how long you've been visiting this site, but most people on here gave praise to G at first, but that all stopped when his over th top fans(not bunching all G fans) would make crazy claims about G being the greatest MW ever or G would destroy Hagler. These type of claims made people ask the question, who has G beat to support such a claim. Naturally, G's resume couldn't support certain individuals argumemts. The rest is history, the trenches were dug and the blinders were pulled tight around the eyes.

I can't recall threads made about Crawford stating he is the greatest Jr welter weight ever, or he whoops Aaron Pryor easily. If there was ever to be such a thread like that, I would be among the first to ask who has he beat to say such a foolish thing.

I never rated Postol nearly to the mountainous levels that the majority on this forum did. He established himself as the top gun at 140 for Crawford to fight. Therefore, it's a big deal. But many talked him up like he was a truly great fighter, certainly top class and to stick around for years. To those people, who conveniently are those who now downplay Postol and Crawford's domination of him, they should be head over heels and talking about how great that victory was. Obviously Postol's stock goes the way of his performances. Once again, that is something that needed to be emphasized to the crowd I am speaking to.

He has beaten the best in each division he's been in. Can't do more than that as for the Gamboa fight Gamba is highly skilled albeit extremely chinny. No disgrace having a few hairy moments with him.
