You guys have droves of fans and a great infrastructure even at that time. To this day, boxing is remains dead in Canada homey. Not even comparable. Lewis even said so.

Lewis beats all the others except Wilder. For the first 6-7 rounds Lewis puts up a boxing clinic but then Wilder retaliates and puts up a windmill factory and Lennox never knew what hit him.

Why would a Canadian/Brit go to American? He'll do even worse.

He had to go to the UK to make money, that was a foregone conclusion even when he was in the amateurs.

But we know where his loyalties lie. Even to this day, he's in Canada/Miami year long. And I quote: "Canada is my home, my MOTHER" Lul

Lewis would have trouble vs. big, tall fighters with a good punch like David Price.

Lewis was born in London and moved to Canada at 12 years old... He's British.

But in terms of importance, it's def CA > UK > Jamaican, he even said it. Alphabetically, you're right!

    Lewis is king.

It’s a bunch of Lewis haters in this thread, even if you hate him you can’t deny that his resume is better than most fighters in the history of heavyweight boxing. Lewis is an ATG and time will tell if anyone of the current heavyweights will ever be that but one thing is for sure, even if you admit it or not, Lewis is one of the best, if not the best, heavyweights ever!

It's ironic,if he had thought of the UK like that why the hell would he fight under the UK Flag during under his most important and self defining fights. It's more based on actual physical evidence and the words that come out of Lewis's mouth. That the order is Jamacia>UK>Canada

lol its already been covered in this thread loads. What country do you think would be best out of the UK and Canada for a good heavy to start off his career??? Its obviously the UK, hands down. Also " My fellow countryman Kirk Johnson" is a big give away and his words on film. I'm British, I backed Lewis as a British fighter at the start as a kid. It become quite obvious when Maloney left that he was the one that masterminded it all, as Lewis dropped the act straight off nearly !
