Good to see Parkers training is going well. He should be in great shape come fight night. Should be a good fight.

I’ve always been taught to punch the heavy bag eye level or slightly higher then shoulders. Is it bad practice to punch the heavy bag below shoulder height?

Some of these training things always look a bit basic to me. Considering we,re talking about what's meant to be elite level athletes. Maybe i,m being harsh tho.

The boxing training always seems to be similar. No cus d,mato types anymore...just look more like glorified pad holder to me. Thats hard work hes doing there tbf but wheres the tempo. Just look back at Tysons training...everything was done with intensity. He,d be better working to failure in maybe less time than a slower pace for longer for me. Its a 30 minute fight afterall.

The new strength and conditioning coach is interesting. I always feel its weird they get to that stage using the same guy then suddenly change it up. Slightly suspicious that Joshua won' be the only one on PEDs for this one...but maybe just having the extra money from the fight to get a better guy in. Always seems to be a big risk tho trying a new guy out for what's pretty much the biggest fight of his life.

Unless you're practicing body punches and your opponent is taller than you; yes.

Oh, that's the guy who "beat" Holyfield? He looks different.

He won’t win, but he has good chance to go to the distance. First one against Joshua, good achievement

Only coached him initially. He was his manager. Ronnie Sheilds was Tuas boxing coach when he was with Duva.

Its only bad practice if you don't realize you are doing it. Swapping up your training with padwork can help fix bad habits.

He does look noticeably leaner already

I think he is going to be a handful for Joshu, if not too much for Joshua

    Good fight

Leaning towards Parker for the win
