Wow! This Cruiserweight WBSS has just been so badass!

Absolutely fantastic! All 4 semi-finalists showed up and gave everything they had. What a display of skill, heart and courage!

As a boxing fan i couldn't have asked for anymore.

I simply can't wait for Usyk-Gassiev in May.

True. And I would say it's because the WBSS is real (not fake as so many championship belt fights nowadays).
Real champions here have a lot to lose (theirs titles), and a lot to win (to unify and to receive quite a lot of money and recognition) so they are highly motivated and give their best.

 

The super middle tournament is fantastic too. Two fantastic weight classes they chose.

Shame the next ones don’t seem as strong.

 

Shame on USTV for boycotting those fights...................

 

One of the best tournaments ever, and I don't think I'm exaggerating at all.

Cruiserweight is soooo stacked with talent and good fighters, it's crazy. Even the 4th or 5th best fighters in the tourney are literally champion-level fighters. I also really like the class that's been on display so far. Check out these two bad dudes clasp hands and congratulate each other:

This tournament reminds me of the old K-1 days, when the best would regularly fight the best and engage in epic battles for relatively small recompense. In a way I wish these guys would get paid better for their performances, but a selfish part of me wants them to remain hungry for my own entertainment. But if anyone's worthy of the vast amounts of money clogging up this sport it's these guys

 

If it isn't viewed in america it doesn't count. Let's cheer for Al Haymon everybody!

 

I sometimes think the CW division is almost like another sport. A much more badass one where real warriors come to compete. Nothing is more of an anomaly in boxing than the CW division and its lack of worldwide popularity.

At least this was shown on free TV last night (ITV4) in my country. Hope people tuned in and were thrilled.

To be sure this forum appreciates it as were all fans of boxing and the best facing the best but on YouTube the LBDC community have hardly mentioned it.just shows their agenda is purely race driven as they always bang on about the super six with Andre Ward don’t they lol?
