He fought the best fight he could fight and if he changes and engages GGG more then he might find himself waking up on the canvass.

Or on the flip side, GGG fought the best fight he could fight, if he actually tries to open up this time around to KO Canelo instead of using the jab as his main weapon, he can end up taking a nap on the canvas.

Canelo's best punch did ... absolutely nothing to Golovkin. The only way Canelo KO's GGG is if Golovkin runs out of gas and Alvarez lands a series of punches on him.

It nothing... except keep GGG from opening up as well as going to Canelo's body for fear of getting his noggin rocked again.

How much more opening up with his punches can he do? He was busy all fight long. It was Canelo who didn't engage. GGG was coming forward.

the fight could be scored anywhere from 8-4 GGG to 7-5 Canelo... still think GGG won the fight though.

How about actually trying to KO Canelo?

Like when Canelo went to the ropes, GGG was very hesitant to throw big power punches.
Like when Canelo was pounding Golovkin's body, giving GGG opportunities to counter with big power punches to the head.
Like how about actually throwing body punches.

How about Golovkin instead of relying almost exclusively on the safest (and weakest) punch you can throw in boxing he actually tries to live up to his hype as a KO artist/monster.

As more and more people RE-watch this fight, they are accepting the draw, and the fact that this fight could have gone either way.

Canelo outslugged GGG in rounds 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 12, that is six rounds, and that's not saying Canelo didn't land any good punches in rounds 4-9, because he did.

Its just the way they are. The only other fans that act similar to them were the Pacquiao fanatics. These guys live in their own skewed world. The hypocrisy and double standards and backtracking is perhaps even worse than the Pacquiao riders, for example, just off the top of my head GGG fanboys have said the following:

Canelo is a disgrace for fighting a WW
GGG is a brave man for fighting Kell Brook who is actually bigger than Golovkin.

Canelo is a coward for asking GGG to fight for a non-title fight at a CW of 155 (despite GGG stating that he would fight anyone between 154-168).
GGG is a brave man for challenging Ward for a fight at a CW of 164.

Ward would never fight a fighter like Golovkin.
Ward moves up to LtHW and fights GGGs bigger, stronger, P4P higher brother Kovalev, twice.

Ward is unreasonable and a coward for asking GGG to fight at 168 since GGG has never fought above MW.
GGG drags a WW TWO entire divisions up to MW.

Canelo is a Lt HW shrinking down to JrMW.
Canelo is stoo small to beat Golovkin or any other top MW.

GGG is a very small MW.
GGG is too big for Canelo.

    Canelo will never fight Golovkin.
Canelo moves up and fights GGG at the full 160 pound limit.

GGG will KO Canelo who is not in GGGs class.
They fight to a draw with Canelo being the one who landed the more damaging punches.

Canelo will never grant GGG a rematch.
The rematch is signed for May 5th.

These guys are waaaayyyy too emotionally invested in Gennady Golovkin. They have ZERO shame when it comes to GGG.
