I would say thus fight is 60/40 in Joshua's favour.
That however is solely down to home town advantage coupled with some judges whom will give it to Joshua if it goes 12 rounds.

In a way however the fact that this is in the U.K. helps Parker.
He knows that he will have to knock him out to get the decision.
He also knows that Joshua will come flying forward and as his trainer has already said that style is perfect for Joe and he is correct. He will be forced to engage back and the one thing that Joe has is a chin and hand speed, both which are far superior to Joshua. Yes Joe will get tagged but if Joshua gets tagged with a flurry then I'm picking he is going down.

    Round nine, Joshua falls.

I only see people talking about WHEN Joshua gasses, myself included has previously stated Parkers best chance is if Joshua gasses. Joshua gasses in high tempo fights. What happens when Joshua doesnt gas from the fight being fought at his own tempo... Ive not heard anyone mention any offensive attributes that Parker possesses which will worry AJ, even Parkers fans themselves has stated about Joshua gassing, not seen a single post where anyone has said Parkers skillset will win him this fight, the hopes of Parker fans seem to fall heavily on Joshua gassing. So by the sounds of things, Parker better be PRAYING on a Joshua gas tank failure otherwise the inevitable Joshua victory seems like all but certain of happening.

Im a brit but i dont mind joshua losing this fight.....iboften root for the underdog in the big fights...especially when the A-side has had an easier route to the big money ( not AJs fault of course he has done what he needed to do ).....like dodgy olympics judges and olympics being easier to win than world championships...but olympic medal often equals fast track to big money ( see audley harrison and amir khan )

But i think a lot is made of AJs gas tank.....and many other fighters.....he is a big hitting big HW.....of course he gonna tire.....but he still recovered from a huge kd against vlad and won every round against takam

I hope parker gives him trouble...tbh...i aint studied enough of parker yet.....but end of the day he needs to have better footwork and better speed to have a chance

I am also picking Parker to win

His inside punches are very short, fast and do brutal damage. When he gets inside on Joshua he will open up and bust Joshua up

Parker is a very impressive heavy who WILL take Joshua down

The speed of JP will create huge hesitation with AJ. He will then start to go into his shell, covering up from body shots and lead lefts and rights.
JP will have to survive panicked retaliation from AJ as the realisation that after 5 rounds he's down on the card. That will tighten up the body builders arms, gassing him...and ultimately the reluctant TKO wave off from the ref will happen after an accumulation of vicious combos from Parker in round 9.

Good call as he always gasses around four rounds but nobody yet takes advantage of it.
That said AJ has surprised me now twice by taking a few rounds off, relying on his boxing skills and then puts his foot down when he feels that second wind,it’s most impressive and it’s up Parker to get onto this as it’s happening and jump on him.
In all hasty though I just think AJs too big for Parker I’m not even sure it will be competitive as I have feeling Parker’s gonna be on his bike for twelve rounds with AJ having to try and chase him down, could be a stinker you know?

I’m not sure any Heavyweight in history as had power like Wladimir Klitschko,Steve Bunce at ringside reckons Joshua was momentarily out cold when he hit the canvas that night?

When you look at it like that it’s hard to see how Parker’s shots are gonna have enough on em.

How strange was that from Vitali?
It’s like when Floyd was in the ring his corner very rarely said anything to him as he had it all worked out so for Vitali at such a crucial moment to tell his brother to go against his own killer impulses was just flat wrong for that moment and to be sure at the top level in boxing you can’t give you’re opponent any chances and so it proved with him surviving and gaining confidence through it.

sounds great but it’s not the Parker we’ve seen of late is it?
Twelve round wars with Takam,Ruiz,a replacement opponent and stinkfest with Hugie Fury makes me wonder if you’ve seen something in Parker that I can’t see.

Those 4 fights are not a good enough sample to get a sense of Parker's abilities.

Yet that is all that most have seen.

I'm thrilled when great fighters step up competition and prove their class.
Here are 2 guys with less pro experience combined than Wilder and JP is making his 4th top 10 fight, AJ a 3rd, while Wilder finally fights a genuine top 10

So the guy who does not get drug tested will be the one who gasses over the guy doing year round VADA and will be a blood drained pin cushion before the fight.

Parker is getting set up and will take the full brunt of pervasive B side political disadvantage. When are you sheep going to realize that chosen fighters like Mayweather, Joshua and Cucknelo have entire athletic commissions, anti doping agencies and organized criminal groups in business to ensure their success AT ALL COSTS.

    :duh:duh

Wlads entire legendary run was based on the vertical plane defense.
Forward to smother. Not backwards tripping over his own feet
