Golovkin would make no less fighting Charlo, than he did fighting Rubio, Wade, Stevens, Geale etc. Same way Martinez would have gotten his million and change if he fought Golovkin and Pirog, instead of Barker, Macklin etc.

If Jermall charlo was a mandatory, there's nothing to suggest 3G would avoid. But as it stands, Charlo isn't at this point. So WTF are people crying about?

Possible scenario:
Charlo wins his next fight, 3G beats canelo...

3G's team has said they want BJ after Canelo. If charlo is his mandatory, yet 3G is allowed to unify versus BJ, would y'all really be whining about that?

If Charlo really wants to solidify his mandatory status then he should fight to become the mandatory to more than one belt. He has the pull to make a title eliminator with any of the other mandatories. The Canelo fight is next and if GGG wins, everyone knows he'll try to unify with BJS for the undisputed title.

Then you have people beating the drum for a Jacobs rematch and we all know there will be a 3rd fight with Canelo.
